Come Out of Your Box: Subconsciousness as a Powerful Instrument At Any Result-Driven Company

In this article I want to look at our subconsciousness and its ability to increase our productivity and the value of our output at work, and discuss the immense potential it can gain for us activating our professional and personal skills in various situations. The conclusions are gained through my own experience and were possible to make through reading the books that I will list below.

                                                           

What Role Does Our Subconsciousness or Old Brain Play in Our Work Life?

Well, our subconsciousness or old brain are our prime drivers in any social environment and life in general. It consists of major reflexes we all have as humans, and anything that was stored there through our lifetime - happenings and our own subjective coping mechanisms and reactions, for example.

All parts of our brain are important, but our subconsciousness serves us especially well as it stores and automizes patterns, reactions and interpretations

Why Is it Favorable to Have a Well-Functioning Subconsciosness?

Firstly, according to https://www.urmstonhypnotherapy.com/parts-of-the-mind-and-their-primary-functions/ our subconscious mind operates 90% of our whole mind function and is responsible for an immense amount of functions as long-term memory, emotions and feelings, habit and behavioral patterns, involuntary body functions, creativity, imagination, developmental stages, intuition, beliefs, the autonomic nervous system. That would be a reason enough to have it functioning at its best. 

Secondly, our life gets more and more high-paced, working environments require more of our minds through simplification of their structures and alignement, so the more functional subconscious pattern you have the better and more efficient task-solver you will be. 

Finally, do it for your own self and comfort to assure more emotional wellness and better human connection in your life.

What Shall You Clean in Your Subconcious Mind to Make It More Functional?

In my article I will focus only on emotions and feelings and habitual and behavioral patterns, many of the inlisted above elements will be influenced by it anyway. 

I will not dictate on how your subconsiousness shall look and think like to be efficient as we are so many cultures, personal perceptions and individual experiences. But common for us all is brain void of any traumatic information from the past, narcissistic abuse and subduemtent. These are by far the three major prerequisites for increased subconscios function out of my own experience.  

It can be a hard labour to deal with these three elements though, as we used these mechanisms repeatedly through our lifetime, and as any change it requires repetition of new reactions to learn a new pattern, and for sure self-realisation for why the old patterns were not so effective.

Why Shall I Work on My Fight or Flight Mechanism?

Fight or flight mechanism is rooted in our old brain which is governed by subconscious mind. And it is our reaction to the outside danger. Managing this one out of my own experience adds a great power to a situation management. It will have an effect on many of your abilities - analytical, strategic, well even detective one  if you want.  

This is an old mechanism and usually not so useful in our more well-organised modern life. What it does is just makes you act, removing critical judgement as it was what we needed back in the days. 

This mechanism can also be activated by emotional manipulators. It can happen in working environments too. So the more you understand this mechanism and the more awareness you aquired about it the less it can be triggered. 

One of the great examples of emotional manipulation with emotional swing manipulation method (look up youtube.com), which involves experiencing strong emotions of both positive and negative range  and also involves subduement of one mind by other is  9/5 weeks film from 1986. It was taken as a sad romantic sexually colored story by many, but if you have experienced emotional swing method in your life you will easily recognize it in this film. 

The main female character was left in the distorted feelings, which had no empathy from the main male character. He was more self-concerned to make her stay for more emotional abuse, her emotional state went unnoticed. It is emotionally a very unfavorable state to be in, as it can trigger all the basic reactions in our old brain.

So study such mechanisms to get a wiser approach to your life and a more probing mind, which is a valuable asset in our AI managed world.
